At PE Control Services our philosophy is simple; to approach every building as unique and to view its HVAC and ATC systems as integrated parts because even the best control system cannot function with mechanical equipment that simply does not work. By taking this approach we have successfully assisted our clients in maintaining their buildings' services by minimizing equipment break downs, reducing their overall energy consumption and minimizing mechanical failures due to poor maintenance.

Some of the companies and organizations currently utilizing a direct digital control system designed and installed by PE Control Services include The Archdiocese of New York, The Village of Tuckahoe, JetBlue Airways, The City of Yonkers, The New York Eye & Ear Infirmary and Elmhurst Hospital Center.

In 2003 we completed the installation of a new Reliable Controls® Direct Digital Control system for the City of Yonkers in their new 600 space municipal parking garage which is part of the City's 400 million dollar downtown and waterfront development plan.

Elmhurst Hospital Center is one of New York's major tertiary care providers located in the borough of Queens. Reliable Controls® Direct Digital Control MACH-Systems have been installed in the microbiology labs, pharmacy and renal dialysis units to maintain space comfort as well as lab pressurization.
